(B) Dating violence will not add acts covered underneath the concept of domestic physical violence.

Domestic Violence

(i) A felony or misdemeanor criminal activity of physical violence committed–

(ii) When it comes to purposes of complying aided by the needs for this part and § 668.41, any incident conference this meaning is recognized as a criminal activity for purposes of Clery Act reporting.

Stalking

(i) doing a training course of conduct fond of a particular person who would cause a fair individual to –

(A) Fear when it comes to individuals security or perhaps the security of other people; or

(B) Suffer significant psychological stress.

(ii) For purposes with this definition –

(B) Reasonable person means an acceptable individual under similar circumstances sufficient reason for comparable identities into the victim.

(C) substantial distress that is emotional significant psychological suffering or anguish which could, but will not always, need medical or other expert therapy or guidance.

(iii) For the purposes of complying with all the needs of the area and § 668.41, any incident conference this meaning is known as a criminal activity for purposes of Clery Act reporting.

Intercourse between people who’re associated with one another in the degrees wherein marriage is forbidden by law.

Statutory Rape

Sexual activity with somebody who is beneath the age that is statutory of.
